With the hustle and bustle of daily life, it's easy to feel disconnected from nature. Finding ways to synchronise our routines with the changing seasons can bring about a sense of grounding and harmony. Yoga can offer a unique opportunity to do just that.
My classes provide a harmonious blend of Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga practices that bring balance, connection and inner strength. If you're looking to reconnect with nature, align body and spirit, and find your place within the changing seasons, these classes are for you!

What can you expect?
My yoga flow classes have been created to ground you firmly in the present moment. Classes include postures sequenced in flowing movements, breath practices and guided visualisation, all designed to help you connect more deeply with body and mind, as well as the world around you. Think synchronising your biorhythm with the rhythm of the season.
Movement focuses on balancing strength with flexibility, marrying movement with the breath to cultivate a greater sense of balance. I'll be on hand to guide you with alignment cues and gentle physical adjustments, but ultimately, this time is for you. So I urge you to listen to your body and really feel into your own practice.​
Open classes are for ages 16+. Some previous yoga experience is advantageous but not strictly necessary. If you're an absolute beginner, I also offer 6 week beginners courses to give you a strong foundation in the practice.
