Refund Policy

Single Class Bookings
Single class bookings are non-refundable. If you, the student, are unable to attend a class you have booked, you will be given the option to transfer to another class date. The transferred date must be within 1 month of the original class date, and may depend on availability of alternative classes.

In all cases, refunds for classes cancelled by the student will not be offered unless in the case of serious illness or other emergency, in which case the decision will be at Seasonal Flow Yoga's discretion. 

Classes cancelled by us:
There may be times when we need to cancel a class (due to illness or other personal matter), in which case we will aim to give as much notice as possible. If you have already paid for a class that we cancel, we will offer a transfer to another date or a refund.

Class passes
Class pass bookings are non-refundable. If you, the student, are unable to attend a class you have booked, you will be given the option to transfer to another class date. The transfer date must be within the valid period of the pass, details of which can be found below). This may depend on availability of alternative classes.

10 class pass is valid for 4 months from the date of payment.
5 class pass is valid for 2 months from the date of payment.

Classes will not be credited if the pass expires. It's up to the student to ensure the passes are redeemed within the eligible period. Passes may only be extended under extenuating circumstances, such as serious illness or other emergency, in which case the decision will be at Seasonal Flow Yoga's discretion. 

Class passes are not transferrable between students.

Classes cancelled by us: 
There may be times when we need to cancel a class (due to illness or other personal matter), in which case we will aim to give as much notice as possible. If you have already booked on to a class that we cancel, we will offer a transfer to another date. If a cancellation by Seasonal Flow Yoga means that you will not be able to redeem all of your booked classes by your pass expiry date, we will extend the validity of your pass to enable you to use your pass.

In the unlikely case that Seasonal Flow Yoga needs to cancel a series of classes and is unable to provide an alternative set of dates, a refund will be given. This only applies to classes cancelled by us.
