Terms & Conditions
Terms and Conditions for Participants of Group Classes, Workshops and Private Classes.

This is to inform you of the terms and conditions for all classes or sessions booked and attended by you, the student, and offered by Seasonal Flow Yoga. By participating in classes, workshops or private sessions you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

1. All physical postures instructed by the teacher are to be undertaken by you, the student, with sensible judgement, if something feels painful, stop and speak to the teacher. Trust your own guidance, and listen to your body. Your teacher will always offer variations and modifications for poses, but ultimately the responsibility is yours to look after your own body during classes. Risk of injury within the context of yoga is minimal, but when you are moving your body, there is always a risk.

2. By participating in yoga classes, you agree that you are physically able to practice yoga and that Seasonal Flow Yoga is not responsible or liable for any personal injury, accident or loss to personal possessions. Before starting yoga for the first time, it is advised to consult a health care professional for advice. As a new student, you will be required to complete, sign and submit a Health and Safety questionnaire.

3. All students under the age of 18 years must have consent, in written form, from a parent or guardian.

4. Bookings and payments are made online. If you are unable to book online please contact Seasonal Flow Yoga to discuss your options. Payment should be made in advance before you attend the class. Information on how we use your data for bookings and payment can be found in our Privacy Policy.

5. Payment for classes are non-refundable. If you, the student, are unable to attend a class, you will be given the option to transfer to another class date. Refunds will not be offered unless in the case of serious illness or other emergency, in which case the decision will be at Seasonal Flow Yoga's discretion. Please see our Refund Policy for full conditions for each booking type.

6. There may be times when we need to cancel a class (due to illness or other personal matter), in which case we will aim to give as much notice as possible. If you have already paid for a class that we cancel, we will offer a transfer to another date or a refund.

7. Payment concessions are available for those with a genuine need, please contact Rosanna to discuss confidentially.

8. Group yoga and workshops classes are usually taught by Rosanna Stokes, however if she is unable to teach, a suitably qualified and experienced teacher may be booked to cover in her place. We will endeavour to let participants know of any teacher changes.

Please note, classes booked through Equilibrium Yoga and Well-being Centre will adhere to the studio's own Terms & Conditions.
Terms specific to private classes
1. Private 1 to 1 sessions must be arranged with Seasonal Flow Yoga prior to payment through the website.
2. All cancellations of private sessions should be made within 48 hours, or full session fee will apply.

4. Pricing is set by an hourly session rate, with a minimum booking time of 1 hour. Rates available upon request, with discounts usually available for packages. Payment must be made in advance of the session to confirm your booking.
5. Session locations may either be in Warboys or Huntingdon, with the venue to be confirmed by Seasonal Flow Yoga. Sessions on online may be available, please contact Rosanna to enquire.
Class etiquette
1. If you have an injury, health condition, or a specific request, the best time to let your teacher know is before the class begins. This allows time to consider the whole class and offer you the most appropriate support.

2. Plan to arrive a few minutes before class starts, ideally at least 5 minutes before.
3. Turn off or silence phones and smartwatches.
4. If you feel that you need to leave the class for any reason, please feel able to do this without judgement and permission. Please do contact Rosanna after class to let her know you're OK!
5. Listen to your body and use your own judgment. Do not push into pain. If something feels wrong, don't do it.
6. Practice 'saucha', cleanliness, and arrive to class clean and wearing clean appropriate clothing. Comfortable or sports clothing you can move in without restriction is best! Practice yoga barefoot unless you have a specific need for grippy socks.

7. Don't skip out on savasana, all students are asked to stay until the end of class so as not to cause disruption to other students.
