Hello, so lovely to meet you!

I'm Rosanna, a Yoga Alliance accredited yoga teacher based in Cambridgeshire. My yoga journey began in my early 20s as a way to help manage hyper-mobility and anxiety. Though my career has transitioned many times between archaeologist (shout-out to all the Time Team fans) and communications specialist, yoga has remained the one constant element in my life, and showing up for regular practice is what keeps me grounded when life tries its best to do otherwise...

My background is in Vinyasa and Ashtanga styles of yoga, but for my first teacher training I chose to take more of a somatic movement based approach, focusing on developing a deeper awareness of the body's sensations and how the poses feel. My classes are explorative, empowering you to develop a more intuitive and mindful connection between mind and body. This style of teaching also allows me blend elements from a variety of yoga traditions into my classes and practice.

Let me introduce you to my Seasonal Flow classes, a blend of Ashtanga and Vinyasa style yoga tailored to the energy of the season. I'm passionate about living in sync with nature and I use yoga as a tool to help reconnect with the natural world, tailoring practices to seasonal energies and transitions as well as the moon phases.

Off the mat...

You'll find me outdoors as much as possible, taking leisurely walks and absorbing myself in nature. I love to travel as much as I can, and am fortunate to have visited some amazing places. I live by the belief that you should take every opportunity as it comes. To quote my favourite author, the late great Sir Terry Pratchett, "So much universe and so little time..."

A young couple pose hand in hand in front of the ruins of Preah Palilay, Angkor, Cambodia. They both wear khaki trousers and and white tops, with checked scarfs tied at their waists. The ruins are lined with moss and tree roots.
